Roger Dwan is the founder of Cube HR has many years of experience in all aspects of HR having advised a large number of companies. Roger is passionate about supporting businesses with their people management and has particular expertise in the following areas:

Roger is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a Certified Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII). He also holds memberships and has completed courses accredited by the following professional bodies; Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a trained Conflict Management Coach with Cinergy. Cube HR also use specialist consultants on a retained basis. If the expertise isn’t in-house we can source and project manage it and we use associates when particular specialisms are required.
